MethyLight is a highly sensitive DNA methylation assay, capable of detecting methylated changes in the presence of a 10,000-fold excess of unmethylated alleles. MethyLight is also highly quantitative and easily can reveal the relative prevalence of a distinctive patterns of DNA methylation.
